Fill out our questionnaire
Answer the questions in the link below, so our team can play matchmaker! We only have 40 spots available (20 men and 20 women). Once you fill out the questionnaire and if there are still spots available, you'll be emailed a link to sign up for the event. The questionnaire is integral to the event. Your first match of the evening will be your "on paper" match. We think that's a fun addition! :)

Your ticket to the dating event costs $30 USD. This includes two drinks, a musical cocktail performance by Gold City :) And the dating part of course! We'll have dating activities and will be hosting the event to make it an unforgettable night.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Art with a Heart in Baltimore <3
